About Travelshopa Collections

What is Travelshopa Collections?

Travelshopa Collections is a limited edition collection of up to 36 hand-selected products that will feature on Travelshopa for a period of two months. It runs like a pop-up shop, just online!

How does it work?

Travelshopa is a curated marketplace where you can shop form a hand-picked selection of local designers and retailers.

MY ACCOUNT

Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

No. You can check out as a guest or you can create an account, which will make any future orders easier.

How do I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password, click “forgot your password” on the login page and look out for an email to reset it.

 

PLACING AN ORDER

What happens after I order?
Within 24 hours of us receiving your order, it will be forwarded to the relevant local brand/s. The brand is then responsible to fulfill your order. They will arrange the shipping of your order – via standard local shipping or pick up.

Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order.

If an item is sold out, will you get more stock?

It is unlikely we are able to source additional stock. However, if there is an item you would like to enquire about, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].

 

PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

Travelshopa Collections accepts payments through all major credit cards and PayPal.

Does this mean I need a Paypal account to purchase?

No. You can pay with your credit/debit card - all without having a PayPal account.

 

SHIPPING

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free Singapore-wide. We do not currently offer international shipping.

When will I receive my order?

You will receive your order within 5-7 business days of the brand’s receipt of your order, unless otherwise noted in the Product Description. Each brand is responsible for delivering your order. While we estimate that you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of the brand’s receipt of your order

Can I pick up my order?
If you wish to pick-up your order, please select the pick-up option on the check out page. Otherwise, the brand will deliver your order to the place of delivery you specify when making your order.

Can I stipulate special instructions for seller?

Yes, on the edit cart page you can write notes to the brand/s. Please indicate which product/brand your note is for.

 

RETURNS

Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return or exchange any item, for any reason, within 14 days of receipt. If the item you wish to return is faulty, please notify Travelshopa within 24 hours of receipt of the goods you would like to return. For more information please see our ‘Shipping & Returns’ page.
